Experience: 5+ years

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience working with Genesys platforms, with at least 3 years on Genesys Cloud (PureCloud).
• Strong expertise in Genesys Architect, IVR flow development, call routing, and queue management.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, Webhooks, and integration tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda or similar serverless computing services.
• Solid understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, WebRTC, and VOIP protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
