Required Skills :
- Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Align, and other related Jira tools for development and operational teams.
- Configure and manage custom workflows, screens, permissions, and field configurations within Jira instances.
- Support and maintain integrations between Jira, Jira Align, and third-party tools.
- Manage and maintain Jira projects, boards, sprints, and user stories to support Agile teams.
- Implement and manage Jira Align for scaled agile frameworks and ensure alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), portfolios, and teams.
- Create custom Jira reports and dashboards using Jira Query Language (JQL) to deliver actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
