JOB DUTIES
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUCH AS Develop business plans and drive business growth; Attend various customer meetings to discuss the business opportunities and present solutions; Attend meetings with IT Industry analysts and consultants to present RJB CONSULTING LLC.’s business model and strategy in IT Infrastructure Services; Coordinate with the client managers to resolve issues and escalations; Organize periodic customer satisfaction surveys and ensure that the improvement suggestions are implemented; Set and manage expectations with client management and clearly communicate this to the team; Provide solutions to the client in improving the current process followed; Organize meetings with the client to review project SLAs and metrics
- CLIENT EXPECTATION MANAGEMENT SUCH AS Maintain seamless communication between Client IT and team; Organize and participate in review meetings with Client managers and RJB CONSULTING LLC.’ s senior management; Organize periodic customer satisfaction surveys and ensure that the improvement suggestions are implemented
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION SUCH AS Manage the team assigned to the account; Interview, hire and release project team members; Provide innovative solutions for complex problems and enable thought leadership; Establish design concepts, define technical standards and implement priorities and timelines Guide onsite project manager in preparing project estimates; Guide onsite project manager with project proposals and statements of work on a need basis; Ensure that deliverables met the quality standards and established project schedule Serve as the Final approver for all deliverables; Establish and execute departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures; Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities; Manage general activities related to making products and providing services; Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators; Review customer projects and plan and coordinate delivery activities
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SUCH AS Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff required to carry out the various activities in the project in accordance with the policies and procedures; Contribute towards people management, which involves regular communication, coordination with the Human Resource (HR) department for mentoring, training, career planning, professional development, logistical coordination, handling of HR questions/issues and so on; Consult with other executives, staff about general operations; Provide recommendations to HR for the promotion and designation advancements of direct and indirect reports; Mentor Managers and enable them to step up to the next level and help them with their career planning; Conduct performance reviews with all reporting resources on a timely basis and provided feedback; Evaluate needs for training in processes or policies for people; Appoint department heads and managers
- CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION’S GROWTH SUCH AS Negotiate and/or approve contracts and agreements; Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies and programs; Serve as the Key member of US technology’s core interview panel and part of strategic hiring and firing of resources; Lead off-campus recruitment drives to select the best available resources to the organization; Contribute to organization’s development by leading various employee development programs and initiatives within the organization; Undertake regular training and self-study as agreed with Portfolio management; Review critical and related projects in the organization; Act as a Role Model and promote the organization’s values and culture; Carrying out presentations with multiple clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in in Computer Science, CIS (Computer Information Systems), MIS (Management Information Systems), Engineering (any) or related and Two (2) Years of Experience as a Project Manager or other related occupation.
- Must have experience in TOSCA IMPL FROM SCRATCH AND LEAD THE EFFORTS AS PROJ MGR FOR AUTOM OF WEB, SAP, SFDC, EDMS, E1, WMS; SET UP OF TOSCA CTR OF EXC FOR ONE OF THE TEAMS
- Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
SALARY:
$201,074.00 to $220,000.00 per year: 40 hours per week: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
